Designed to teach children with special needs the fundamental movement and sports skills needed to enjoy an active lifestyle.
Target skills include: Improving the ABCs of movement including Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed, while introducing several common sports. Children are introduced to the rules and tactics of sport through a variety of activities.
